Immersion in Alien Worlds: Teaching Ethnographic Sensibilities through Dystopian and Science Fiction

Abstract: The Alien Worlds project teaches ethnographic skills using the societies of dystopian, postapocalyptic, and science fiction texts as imagined field sites and targets for analysis.
