Immigrant Families

Abstract: Immigrant families migrate with children, have their children join them in their settlement country once they are more established, or have children in the settlement country. How these children fare is influenced by their country of origin, their host country, race and ethnicity, religion, parental human and financial capital, parental degree of assimilation to the host culture, and the reasons for the migration.
