“…The DLS analysis of the aqueous dispersion of the prepared Cur-NLs revealed the formation of nanoparticles with an average diameter of 72 26 ± 20 nm and the electron micrographs showed spherical shape. The particle size and shape reported herein were in agreement with those reported earlier using different preparation techniques [31][32][33]. The hyperbolic relation between the particle size and the surface specific dissolution rate increases the solubility due to the larger surface area which promotes dissolution [34].…”

“…In partial accordance with these results, production of the anticancer drug paclitaxel by A. fumigatus and A. tenuissima irradiated at 750 Gy was twice as compared by the non‐irradiated controls (El‐Sayed et al , ). Moreover, irradiation of two Penicillium roqueforti strains at the same dose (750 Gy) significantly enhanced the production of the immunosuppressant of mycophenolic acid (Ismaiel et al , ; El‐Sayed et al ).…”

“…It induces alterations in the genes of cells through the DNA repair mechanisms within the cells (Thacker ). In literature, several reports recommended both types of radiation in the production enhancement of many fungal metabolites (Paster et al ; Thaker et al ; Chopra ; Ismaiel et al , ; El‐Sayed et al . ,b,c,d; El‐Sayed et al ,b).…”
