Abstract:Therapy for pediatric central nervous system (CNS) malignancies can be toxic, and outcomes are suboptimal. Immunotherapy holds promise as a therapeutic avenue, but one of the challenges in its application is the poorly understood microenvironment of pediatric CNS tumors.
