Immunological reactivity in cows under technogenic load conditions

Abstract

Technogenic load has a negative impact on agricultural efficiency and threatens global food security. Exogenous toxicants have a complex effect on the organism of animals, provoking the development of compensatory mechanisms and changes in the clinical status, morphological and immune blood parameters. The authors analysed the state of the immunohaematological profile. For qualitative and quantitative adaptation reactions characterisation of the organism, leukocyte blood indexes were calculated. The results of the study have allowed to determine the main markers of impaired immunological reactivity in animals kept in territories with unfavourable environmental conditions.
