Impact of dementia care training on nurse care managers’ interactions with family caregivers

Abstract: Background Nurse care managers (NCM) operate through care management programs to provide care for persons living with dementia (PLWD) and interact regularly with their family caregivers; however, most do not receive formal instruction in dementia care or caregiver support.
