Abstract:Monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS) may be

such as sporadic late-onset nemaline myopathy (SLONM). We describe a
difficult to diagnose case of SLNOM with marked clinical improvement
after achieving gammopathy complete hematologic response.
