Impact of Social Networking on Employee Performance

Abstract: Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to find out impact of social networking like Facebook, Twitter, Slideshare, Linkedin, etc at employees performance.Design/methodology/approach: Model presented in this article which shows the function and format of working of key variables. Model showed that social networking affect the productivity, skills, knowledge, productivity and motivational level of employees of banks.
