Abstract:Regarding this investigation, Moore-Gibson-Thompson (MGT) model was developed with the impact of acoustic pressure. This research's light is spotted on semiconductor material undergoing thermoacoustic and optical deformation in the context of theory of photo-thermoelasticity (PTE).
