Impact of the Reconstruction Method on Delayed Gastric Emptying After Pylorus‐Preserving Pancreaticoduodenectomy: A Prospective Randomized Study

Abstract: Antecolic reconstruction after PPPD does not improve the occurrence/the incidence of DGE and is similar to retrocolic reconstruction with regard to secondary outcome parameters.
