In capable person governing agricultural cooperatives, the internal governance is essential for cooperatives to achieve sustainable development. As an important mechanism of cooperative internal governance, relational governance is the focus of the current research in the field of cooperative internal governance. Based on the theory of organizational justice, relational embeddedness theory, and relational governance theory, this paper constructs the relationship between interactive justice, relational embeddedness, and governance performance based on fuzzy cognitive map and discusses the influence mechanism of interactive justice on relational governance performance. Taking 245 members of 18 agricultural cooperatives as samples, this paper makes an empirical test by using the machine learning method. Through the analysis of the data, we find that interactive justice has a significant positive impact on the governance performance. Relational embeddedness also has a significant positive impact on the governance performance. And relational embeddedness plays an intermediary role in the positive impact of interactive justice on governance performance. To some extent, the research results broaden the relationship between interactive justice and relational governance performance and provide useful reference for cooperatives to strengthen internal governance and achieve sustainable growth.

Financing difficulty is recognized as the main bottleneck in the technology innovation process of small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The governments generally provide financial support for SMEs’ innovation activities. Numerous research studies have been conducted on the role of the government in enterprises’ innovation, while there is no consistent conclusion on whether government subsidies can improve stakeholder collaboration and effectively ease financing constraints of SMEs’ innovation. Due to information asymmetry and the bounded rationality, the dynamic game among the government, external investors, and SMEs has the characteristics of complexity. This paper aims to explore the collective strategies of the major stakeholders in SMEs’ innovation and investigate the effect of antecedents on innovation activities. We establish a trilateral evolutionary game model on the relationship among the government, external investors, and SMEs. The simulation results show that the evolutionary system converges quickly to the equilibrium; when the government subsidies decrease, the external investors’ appraisal costs decrease and the investment amount and return rates of external investors increase. Furthermore, under the condition of government subsidies, external investors will not change their investment strategies even if the external investors’ recognition costs have exceeded their return on SMEs’ investment. The findings can provide good reference for the government to solve the financing problem of SMEs’ innovation.

In this paper, a new commensurate fractional-order chaotic oscillator is presented. The mathematical model with a weak feedback term, which is named hypogenetic flow, is proposed based on the Liu system. And with changing the parameters of the system, the hidden attractor can have no equilibrium points or line equilibrium. What is more interesting is that under the occasion that no equilibrium point can be obtained, the phase trajectory can converge to a minimal field under the lead of some initial conditions, similar to the fixed point. We call it the virtual equilibrium point. On the other hand, when the value of parameters can produce an infinite number of equilibrium points, the line equilibrium points are nonhyperbolic. Moreover than that, there are coexistence attractors, which can present hyperchaos, chaos, period, and virtual equilibrium point. The dynamic characteristics of the system are analyzed, and the parameter estimation is also studied. Then, an electronic circuit implementation of the system is built, which shows the feasibility of the system. At last, for the fractional system with hidden attractors, the finite-time synchronization control of the system is carried out based on the finite-time stability theory of the fractional system. And the effectiveness of the controller is verified by numerical simulation.
