Technology is currently developing very rapidly, especially in the field of information system development, forcing companies or agencies to adapt, and must take advantage of existing opportunities to facilitate the performance of all employees. During the COVID-19 pandemic, all companies were forced to employ all employees from home. CV Manha Digital updated the employee attendance policy which was previously done manually by taking daily attendance at the company. During the pandemic, in support of government policies that require working from home to avoid physical contact between employees and reduce the spread of the corona virus, an Android-based attendance information system is needed that allows employees to take attendance using cellphones from home. The software development method uses the waterfall method starting from needs analysis, design, and implementation. testing the application using a black box shows the results are 100% running as expected. The results of the questionnaire test using the System Usability Scale method on a presence information system that is easy to use, user friendly and effective is stated by employees by 92%. It can be concluded that the application of an android-based information system during the COVID-19 pandemic is the most appropriate solution in solving problems in CV. Manha Digital

Saat ini sistem operasi pada smartphone bekerja layaknya sebuah komputer. Sistem operasi yang paling banyak digunakan pada smartphone adalah android. Android merupakan perangkat seluler yang bersifat open source, dimana semua penggunanya dapat membuat atau mengembangkan berbagai aplikasi. Salah satunya adalah aplikasi kursus bahasa pemrograman. Sampai saat ini, kursus bahasa pemrograman masih belum menggunakan sistem apapun, sehingga semuanya dilakukan secara offline atau manual mulai dari pendaftaran kelas, penjadwalan kelas, proses belajar mengajar dan proses pembayaran yang mengakibatkan banyaknya arsip yang harus disimpan untuk keperluan administrasi dan membutuhkan waktu yang relatif banyak untuk pelanggan datang kelokasi kursus. Aplikasi kursus bahasa pemrograman berbasis android ini mampu mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi pada kursus bahasa pemrograman selama ini diantaranya risiko kerusakan dan kehilangan arsip, salah memasukkan data pelanggan, waktu yang relatif banyak dan lain-lain. Penelitian ini menganalisis kebutuhan dan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pelaku bisnis kursus bahasa pemrograman dan merancang database serta tampilan antarmuka yang baik, sehingga aplikasi ini diharapkan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan dari pemilik dan pelanggan kursus bahasa pemrograman tersebut. Perancangan perangkat lunak pada aplikasi ini menggunakan usecase diagram, activity diagram, ERD, tabel relasi dan perancangan antar muka.

Koperasi Sehati Makmur Abadi is a savings and loans cooperative whose data processing process still uses a system that is accessed through an old version of the browser and if the browser is updated to the latest version, it will result in the system not being able to run. The system used now sometimes experiences errors because it still uses old technology, it is certain that if it still uses old technology, it will make the business will be left behind with the times that continue to develop, and in the old system the appearance of the system is not attractive Anda lso the system used does not involve its members, in the development of technology which now the system has involved many users as in banks have given access to their customers so that they can check balances, transfer transactions and so on. This problem must be resolved so that the business can develop and not be left behind by other competitors. Using a web-based information system application can make it easier if you want to open it in various browsers or devices such as gadgets and can be used anywhere and anytime. The use of methods in this research starts from the type of data used is primary data or single data that researchers get through interviews, direct observations, and literature studies, while in the use of the system design method using agile methods and the implementation in this research uses PHP language for website development and for the database itself using databases MySQL. From the results of this research or research, it is hoped that the system created can process data such as member data, installments, loans, deposits and so on, it is hoped that it can facilitate the Sehati Makmur Abadi cooperative in managing data
