Implementasi Prinsip Kepemimpinan Bapa dalam Keluarga Kristen di Era New Normal Pandemi COVID-19

Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic causes a negative impact on leadership in the Christian family. Leadership in Christian family are very important to prepare children in the New Normal era Covid-19 pandemic. This research aims to found the principle of Father leadership in the bible and apply on Christian family in New Normal era Covid19 pandemic. This research uses theological dan social qualitative approach. The principle of Father leadership collected from the Bible and related literature. This research found 12 principles of Father leadership that must be applied in the new normal Covid-19 pandemic era. AbstrakPandemi Covid19 menimbulkan dampak pada semua aspek kehidupan termasuk krisis kepemimpinan dalam keluarga Kristen. Peran kepemimpinan sangat menentukan dalam mempengaruhi anak-anak dalam keluarga Kristen untuk menghadapi era New Normal Pandemi Covid19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan Bapa dalam Alkitab dan mengimplementasikannya dalam keluarga Kristen di era new normal Covid19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif teologis dan sosial. Data prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan Bapa diperoleh dari Alkitab dan literatur yang terkait. Hasil penelitian ada 12 prinsip kepemimpinan Bapa yang perlu diterapkan dalam keluarga Kristen di era new normal pandemi Covid-19.
