The aim of research was the identification of cow milk allergen in grapes, must, federweisser and wine by immunochemical method ELISA. Milk allergens (casein) are mostly used together with egg proteins during wine clarification. The results show that quality of calibration curves has significant importance for objective evaluation of quality detection. The degree of the variability calibration samples expressed R2 was not less than 0.9 in both calibration curves (0.9485 and 0.9659). In grape samples, concentrations of cow's milk casein below the detection limit were determined, that is recommended by the ELISA kit manufacturer. All grape samples showed casein concentration less than the value corresponding to 0 ppm standard (from 0.039 to 0.127 mg/kg). Low concentrations were recorded in three samples of must (from 0.056 to 0.077 mg/kg) as well. In case of the federweisser, the casein concentration ranged from 0.367 to 1.301 mg/kg, which is still less than 1.5 ppm standard (1.373 mg/kg). Most of the wines were found to be in the ELISA detection range. The exceptions were samples no. 3 and 9, whose absorbance was above the highest standard (45 mg/kg). These samples were then reconsidered after the first dilution, the resulting cow milk casein concentration was 67.22 mg/kg and 48.66 mg/L. Higher concentrations of this protein contained white wines (from 21.473 to 67.22 mg/L). In red wines, the milk protein concentrations ranged from 1.634 to 16.715 mg/L.

Abstract:Chile contains some of the driest areas in the world, yet human activities in these areas require large volumes of water, the result is regions experiencing high water scarcity leading to environmental degradation, conflicts and reduced industrial productivity. The aim of this paper was to quantify the water scarcity in the central and northern regions by calculating the water scarcity index-the ratio of annual water demand to availability. A focus of the paper was to determine the impact of the main industries in each region and investigate the benefit of implementing water reduction strategies within these industries. The water resources of each investigated region were found to be greatly overexploited and particularly so in the region of Antofagasta. The mining industry was found to be the greatest water consuming sector in this region and further analysis demonstrated that the degree of water scarcity could be greatly reduced by the implementation of water reduction strategies. The agricultural sector dominated water demand in all other regions and it was found that upgrading irrigation efficiency alongside reducing consumption in mining improved the situation in all regions. Nevertheless, given the scale of water scarcity, further investigation is necessary to obtain more recent and accurate data and analyze alternative strategies.

O forte dinamismo agro-produtivo no Chile foi observado também nas regiões localizadas na zona central daquele país, viabilizada principalmente pela irrigação, com predomínio de produção de uvas (frescas e processadas), sendo grande parte da produção destinada ao mercado externo (Castillo-Vergara, 2013 O México é o quinto maior produtor mundial de ovos, além de ser o quarto maior produtor de aves poedeiras, tendo, por sua localização geográfica, se tornado um forte parceiro comercial e fornecedor de ração/produtos alimentícios industrializados para os Estados Unidos da América, por meio do Tratado NorteAmericano de Livre Comércio -NAFTA (Huacuja, 2013). Constantino 4 RESUMO -No presente estudo, foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica exploratória dos últimos quinze anos (2000)(2001)(2002)(2003)(2004)(2005)(2006)(2007)(2008)(2009)(2010)(2011)(2012)(2013)(2014)(2015), com o objetivo de verificar o panorama do agronegócio nos principais países da América Latina, e discutir os principais trabalhos que relacionaram o agronegócio ao desempenho econômico e social, analisando, ainda, questões relativas ao meio ambiente e à segurança alimentar. As evidências empíricas dos diferentes trabalhos mostraram que, no período selecionado, houve desenvolvimento econômico e social nos países latino-americanos, sem, necessariamente, ter havido suporte no agronegócio para todos os países que compõem a amostra selecionada para este trabalho. Com relação ao meio ambiente e à segurança alimentar, é possível concluir que, entre 2000 e 2015, houve uma lenta evolução nas políticas nacionais nos países latino-americanos.Palavras chave: agronegócio, américa latina, desenvolvimento socioeconômico, meio ambiente, segurança alimentar.
