Implementation of a Sibling Donor Advocate: The University of Chicago Pediatric Stem Cell Transplant Experience

Abstract: to day 100. Three of five patients discharged with home healthcare experienced at least one readmission. Three of four patients discharged home had at least one readmission. Discussion & Implications: Due to small sample size, no statistical significance was achieved, however this warrants further investigation with a larger sample size to determine if a statistically significant correlation can be established between discharge to acute rehab and D+100 readmission.
