Implementation of construction supply chain flow based on SCOR 12.0 performance standards

Abstract: Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) is a supply chain performance measurement model that has been widely used in the manufacturing industry with the latest model version 12.0. This article presents the adoption and development of a construction supply chain performance measurement framework in Indonesia based on SCOR 12.0. The supply chain supply for ready mix concrete and steel as a case study consists of contracts, on-site inspection, material usage, and payment. Simulations were carried out on Project … Show more

“…Contradiction, abbreviated as tradeoff, refers to the profit and loss contradiction of certain significance among various factors in a system. Changes in various capacity factors will inevitably lead to changes in other factors, that is, it is said that improving the benefits of one factor will inevitably lose the benefits of other factors, and this problem has always existed [18]. erefore, in the field of packaging materials, it is assumed that all cost elements are kept constant.…”

“…The first version of the model was created by the supply chain council (SCC) in 1996. Hence, many manufacturing industries have used the latest model version (SCOR12.0) to aid firms in increasing the effectiveness of their SC [25]. It includes five performance criteria (reliability, responsiveness, agility, cost, asset management efficiency) and metrics based on six integrated processes (plan, source, make, deliver, return, enable).…”

“…Thus, The SCOR 12.0 model is organized in a 5x6 matrix. However, many researchers have stated that the SCOR model is the only integrated cross-functional SC framework that relies upon performance metrics, best practices, and software requirements for a detailed business process model [1], [4], [5], [12], [17], [25], [26]. Moreover, the SCOR model is efficient for benchmarking and best practices with other firms, as it explains measures that develop on one another and procedures to be measured.…”
