Implementation of First Order All Pass Filter Using Cmos 45nm Miller Amplification Technique
Abstract:This paper presents a fully coordinated CMOS all-pass channel with a very low 2Hz post recurrence. It has a band swell of 0.08-dB and an area of 0.029-mm2Si. It has 0.38-mW power use with ±0.6-V control supplies in strong reversal. In the sub-edge, it has a calm power of 0.64-μW and operates with ±200-mV dc supplies.
