Implementation of National Technological Absorptive Capacity framework to Motivate High Technology Application in Bac Kan Agricultural Production

Abstract

The application of high technology in agricultural production plays an important role in agricultural development, promoting economic growth, minimizing natural resources depletion, reducing environmental pollution, creating high quality and competitive products that meet the market demand. However, this implementation faces certain difficulties. This article will analyze the national technology absorption capacity and the struggles of its execution in Bac Kan province, and at the same time, proposes criteria for applying the national technology absorptive capacity framework in Bac Kạn.
