Implementation of the Digital Green Certificate (Covid Passport) as a Key Ict Project in the European Union – A Scientific Comment

Abstract: The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic and the closure of the borders have slowed down progressive internationalization. Travel not only consists of tourist trips but also business trips.
