Implementing High Throughput Contention-Tolerant Crossbar Switch

Abstract: Recently, an innovate switch architecture named Contention-Tolerant Crossbar switch, CTC(N), was proposed. Without resolving output contentions, the controllers are able to fully distributed in CTC(N). It largely reduces the scheduling complexity.
