Abstract: Las Rickettsiosis son un grupo de enfermedades zoonóticas causadas por las bacterias del género Rickettsia. Transmitidas por vectores ectoparásitos hematófagos como garrapatas, piojos, pulgas y ácaros, cuya incidencia ha aumentado en los últimos años.
