Improved DNA condensation, stability, and transfection with alkyl sulfonyl-functionalized PAMAM G2

Abstract: In this work, we have used a secondgeneration PAMAM grafted with octadecyl sulfonyl chains to condense plasmid DNA. The influence of this modification at different levels was investigated by comparison with original PAMAM G2.
