Abstract:In order to facilitate therapeutic drug monitoring of tacrolimus and cyclosporine A in clinical practice, a simple, rapid, robust, sensitive and specific LC–MS/MS assay was developed and validated for the simultaneous determination of tacrolimus and cyclosporine A in human whole blood.
