Improvement of Growth Retardation and Related Immunodeficiency by Dietary Intervention with Crackers Containing Animal Source Ingredients in Malnourished Rats

Abstract: Hidden hunger is a risk factor for many health problems, including stunting, which is one of the globally prevalent signs of malnutrition. Stunting can be reduced through feeding on animal source foods.
