Improving Adherence to Cholesterol Lowering Medications among Minority Populations in Florida: A Randomized Trial

Abstract: BackgroundAdherence to Hydroxymethylglutaryl-CoA reductase inhibitors (statins) is low in spite of significantly decreasing the risk of cardiovascular events and mortality in patients with hypercholesterolemia [1].
