Improving Argumentative Writing of Sixth-Grade Adolescents Through Dialogic Inquiry of Socioscientific Issues

Abstract: This study investigated the effect of a four-week socioscientific issues (SSI)-based intervention on sixth-grade students' argumentative writing and transferability of argument skills across topics.
