Abstract:Patients with multiple myeloma (MM), an incurable malignancy of plasma cells, frequently develop osteolytic bone lesions. In this study, glycosphingolipids were essential in promoting autophagic degradation of the signaling molecule TRAF3, a key step in bone-resorbing osteoclast differentiation.
