Abstract:Inspite of many advancements in multihop multiradio Wireless Mesh Network, it experiences frequent link failures because of increasing bandwidth demand, channel interference, etc. The Autonomous Reconfiguration System (ARS) presented in this paper helps Wireless Mesh Network to overcome such failures, thereby improving the performance of Wireless Mesh Network. ARS passively monitors the network and checks link quality, in case of failures it generates reconfiguration plan and forwards it to neighboring nodes.
