Abstract:Genotyping‐by‐sequencing (GBS) is a widely used strategy for obtaining large numbers of genetic markers in model and non‐model organisms. In crop plants, GBS‐derived marker datasets are frequently used to perform quantitative trait locus (QTL) mapping.
