Motivation to learn is an important point that students must have so that learning becomes enjoyable. This research aims to determine the relationship between learning motivation and physics learning outcomes after using the 5E learning cycle model. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sample for this research was students of class XI Science from one of the high schools in Jambi City. Data collection techniques include learning motivation questionnaires and test instruments regarding temperature and heat. The data analysis technique in this research uses the IBM SPSS Version 22 application. Based on the results of data analysis in this study, the significance value between learning motivation and student learning outcomes was obtained, namely 0.002, where 0.002 < 0.05, so it can be stated that Ho is rejected and there is a relationship between Learning Motivation and Student Learning Outcomes in Physics learning. The conclusion from the results of this research is that there is a relationship between motivation and students' physics learning outcomes after the teacher uses the 5E learning cycle model.

The aimof this study was to determine the best practice of using distance learning with conventionalteaching methods and experimental demonstration methods to teach vocational students about the concept of fabricating automotive brake pad systems fromdomestic waste. This study employs an experimental designwith pre-and post-test control groups to class-XI vocational students. We taught vocational students about brake pad fabrication and its industrial applications.Conventional methods of instruction were used in the control class, while the experimental demonstration method with learning videos was used in the experimental class.The learning videos used in the experimental class during the learning process contain basic theory and experiments on related materials. The resultsof the pre-test and post-testscores were analysed and measured to determine student learning outcomes. The findings revealed differences in learning outcomes between the control and experimental groups. Students in the experimental groupcomprehended the concept of fabricatingbrake pads more thoroughly than students in the control group. Students can get concrete examples from the teacher or instruction through experimental demonstration. Practical experience can help to form strong memories and skills. This success can be attributedto the availability of learning videos that students can watch repeatedly. Students are also more enthusiastic about learning videos because we teach something that can be applied in the industry. The addition of experimental demonstrations using commercially available materials increases student interest by increasing students' ability to experiment on their own.In addition, we also explain the concept of recycle and reuse agricultural waste for fabricating brakepad that can support current sustainable development goals (SDGs).Further learning applications using experimental demonstration methods are expected to be carried out because this method is proven to be effective for student learning

Circular economy is believed to be the latest approach to replace the linear economy. However, in the context of higher education institutions, the awareness and sustainable practices regarding circular economy is still at par. Recent studies show that knowledge about the circular economy has not yet spread widely among university students. This study was done to identify the level of knowledge related to circular economy concept among undergraduate students. This study uses a quantitative methodology through a survey using a questionnaire towards 35 undergraduates' students in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Cronbach's alpha value of 0.93 shows high reliability of the questionnaire items. The data obtained was analyzed using SPSS software version 20 and reported descriptively. The results of the study show that there are seven items in the circular economy knowledge domain, and all of these items have a high mean value. This shows that UTM undergraduate students have extensive knowledge about the circular economy. The results of this study provide a meaningful contribution to stakeholders in planning appropriate curricula and programs for undergraduate students in higher education institutions. With a clearer understanding of students' level of knowledge about the circular economy, steps can be taken to strengthen knowledge about the circular economy in undergraduate education at UTM.
