Abstract:ZIF-8 is a metal–organic framework frequently used for biomedical and analytical applications. Colloidal stability of ZIF-8 biocomposites in biologically relevant buffers is a challenge. We present strategies to improve colloidal stability of protein@ZIF-8 nanoparticles in buffers and cell media.
