Abstract:This paper first investigates how a network operates when multiple receivers download content simultaneously in content-centric networking (CCN) when the receivers' downloading speeds differ. The results indicate that the performance of the download completion time of a faster user degrades excessively due to a decrease in the cache-hit rate in the router.
