In Patients with Type-2 Diabetes, Diabetes Regulation, Hba1c, Duration of Diabetes, BMI, Dyslipidemia, and Microalbuminuria Compared with Macrovascular Complications

Abstract: Amaç: Biz çalışmamızda 2007-2012 yılları arasında diyabet polikliniğimize başvuran 200 tip2 diabetes mellituslu hastanın başvuru anındaki HbA1c, diyabet yaşı, Body Mass Index (BMI), bel çevresi, mikroalbuminüri ve dislipidemi değerleri ile makrovasküler komplikasyonların arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırdık.Yöntemler: Çalışmamızda hipertansiyon %71,5, koroner arter hastalığı %26,0, periferik arter hastalığı %6,5, serebrovasküler hastalık %4 olarak bulunmuştur.
