Donors age 21-23 at the time of oocyte donation produced comparable number of oocytes and blastocysts when compared with donors age 28-31. More importantly, the two groups had comparable clinical pregnancy rates and aneuploidy rates. Given the frequent request from donor oocyte recipients to use younger donors, the findings of this study are of practical clinical importance for patient counseling.
