Abstract:Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic condition characterised by chronic hyperglycaemia, and type II diabetes is the most common type, accounting for 90% of cases globally. Hyperglycaemia is major complication of Diabetes mellitus. Postprandial hyperglycaemia is the most common distinctive of diabetes.
