In vitro Study of Different Physicochemical Properties of Root Canal Sealers

Abstract: The ability of root canal sealers to provide apical seal depends on their physicochemical properties. The aim of this study was to investigate and compare physicochemical properties of different root canal sealers. The pH, solubility, dimensional change and flow rate of four commonly used root canal sealers were evaluated. All of the tested sealers showed a significant solubility and dimensional change.
