Abstract:Background:The extent of myocardial ischemia is the crucial prognostic factor for interventional treatment decision making for coronary artery disease. The ability of computed tomography perfusion (CTP) to provide the missing volumetric information and its clinical value remains unknown.
Aims:The study aimed to compare a novel ischemic volume quantification method based on dynamic computed tomography perfusion (VOL CTP) with other CT-based imaging modalities for revascularization prediction.
Methods:In this pr… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
