Individual characteristics and innovation performance in SMEs: Moderating role of physiological capital

Abstract: Aim: The current study determines the individual characteristics and innovation performance in Pakistani SMEs and moderating role of physiological capital. The present study employed organizational behavior theory and Social exchange theory. Methodology: 310 managers from Pakistani SMEs completed an online questionnaire to examine the results. According to the findings of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), affective commitment influences readiness for change in a positive way. Findings: The results also showe… Show more

“…Consequently, when the temperature and ionic conductivity data follow the Arrhenius relationship, it implies that the mechanism governing cation transport was similar to that observed in ionic crystals. In such systems, ions undergo jumps to the nearest vacant sites, leading to an increase in DC ionic conductivity to a higher level [53] . Moreover, It can be used to predict the conductivity of a material at different temperatures, as well as to determine the activation energy(E a ) of a conductive process [54,55] .…”

“…Distinguin, Roulet, and Tarazi (2013) have argued that banks with high levels of liquidity have low regulatory capital and consequently low stable net funding ratios. Likewise, the solvency standards of small banks in the US have been strengthened due to illiquidity, given that both the illiquid bank and the customer generate absolutely large withdrawals that can lead to bank run and hence collapse (Aziz, 2022;Carmona, 2007). However, the bank's risk depends on both liquidity and capital when banks maintain a low stable net funding ratio due to high liquidity creation.…”
