Abstract: Insomnia is a widespread disease that tends to be associated with other problems, like anxiety. The most frequent anxiety disorder is generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), which is characterized by excessive worrying about everyday situations. Medications for insomnia and anxiety can have adverse reactions and the latter may be ineffective in up to 30% of patients.
