Induction of Atrial Depolarization Abnormality during Dipyridamole Stress Imaging: A Cautionary Note

Abstract: P-wave widening on the 12-lead electrocardiogram denotes abnormal atrial depolarization and has been shown to be associated with myocardial ischemia during treadmill exercise tolerance testing.
