Abstract: Background Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is the vicious malignant brain tumor in adults. Despite advances multi-disciplinary treatment, GBM constinues to have a poor overall survival.CDDO-trifluoroethyl-amide, a trifluoroethylamidederivative of CDDO, is an Nrf2/ARE pathway activator.
