The study addressed the mechanism of state regulation of the production, resource and export potential of the Kyrgyz Republic. The study aimed to improve the system of state regulation of the agricultural sector to increase national food security. The analysis revealed a steady increase in production of the main types of agricultural products over the period 2014-2024: cereals by 11.6%, potatoes by 12.5%, vegetables by 18.2%, meat by 24.5% and milk by 17.1%. However, the study also showed uneven levels of self-sufficiency across different types of products: the high levels of self-sufficiency in potatoes (167.4%), vegetables (164.5%) and milk (116.5%) contrast with the low levels of self-sufficiency in fruit and berries (18.2%), vegetable oil (44%) and sugar (69%). An analysis of the existing state regulatory mechanisms revealed a comprehensive legal framework, including the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 320 “On Food Security” and the “Food Security and Nutrition Programme for 2019-2023”, but their implementation is limited by insufficient funding and administrative barriers. Based on the analysis, recommendations were developed to optimise the state regulatory mechanism, including the introduction of a differentiated subsidy system, optimisation of the structure of exports and imports of agricultural products, increasing the efficiency of agricultural production, development of agricultural processing and improving the food quality control system. Proposed measures include the creation of the brand “Ecologically clean products of Kyrgyzstan”, the introduction of the Global G.A.P. certification system, the creation of a network of regional agricultural-consulting centres, the development of agro-industrial parks and the modernisation of quality control laboratories. The implementation of these measures aims to overcome the identified problems create more favourable conditions for the development of agriculture and ensure food security in the Kyrgyz Republic

The study aimed to analyse the possibilities of using blockchain technology to increase transparency and efficiency in sustainable finance. The application of blockchain technologies and environmental and social practices in the context of sustainable finance was analysed, emphasising implementation and prospects in Kyrgyzstan. Blockchain, as an innovative decentralised data recording technology, provides a high level of security, transparency and immutability, which renders it particularly valuable for the financial sector. The study highlighted how blockchain can improve international transfer processes, increase the transparency of financial transactions and simplify the management of smart contracts, and noted existing challenges such as scalability and legal issues. The role of blockchain technologies in sustainable finance, especially in the field of green investments, was highlighted as an important aspect of the study. The introduction of blockchain in areas such as green project financing and social initiative management can help increase investor confidence and improve investment performance. Financial technology is also central in shaping new approaches to finance and investment, facilitating access to capital through crowdfunding and person-to-person (P2P) lending platforms. The introduction of environmental and social practices in financial institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic demonstrates the growing attention to corporate responsibility and sustainable development, despite the initial stage of their implementation. On international stage, successful projects such as the use of blockchain to track supply chains, green bonds and carbon credit management demonstrate the potential of technology to improve the transparency and efficiency of sustainable finance. These examples can be used by Kyrgyzstan in developing and implementing domestic blockchain and environmental and social initiatives, contributing to more sustainable economic growth and attracting international investment
Innovative development is one of the key factors in a company’s competitiveness. Ensuring a higher level of development and utilisation of the latest company technology is important and therefore the search for new methods is relevant. The study aimed to describe the current trends in digital business transformation in Georgia. The study analysed many different types of statistics describing both the state of digitalisation and innovative technologies in the country and the current describing the state of entrepreneurship. Based on the analysis, the study concluded that the situation with digital transformation in Georgia is improving, which correlates with the direction of development of enterprises. In Georgia, the government actively supports digital transformation through various initiatives aimed at developing digital infrastructure and offering e-services. This is evident in the level of existing projects in this area and the pace of change in the development of enterprises in the field of digitalisation. However, it is found that while the number of research and development institutions in the nation is rising, the expenditures (adjusted for inflation) are falling. New fintech businesses are starting to appear, providing cutting-edge services for online financing. Due to a mix of public policies, private funding, and international collaboration, Georgia is becoming progressively more digital. Nevertheless, the country needs to accelerate the pace of development of this area in companies, which indicates the need for more active stimulation of this area by the state. The findings of this study can be used to formulate both the company’s long-term development strategy and to create a state policy in this area
