Inevitable Death in Delayed Case: Necrotizing Fasciitis Case Report

Abstract: Nekrotizan fasiit (NF); yüzeyel ve derin dokuların hızla ilerleyen, erken evrelerde tedavi edilmezse ciddi morbidite ve mortalite ile sonuçlanan, nadir fakat ölümcül bir enfeksiyonudur (1,2). Basit yaralanmalar, cerrahi girişimler ya da künt travmalar sonrası bu enfeksiyon gelişebilmektedir (3).
