Infectious Activity of L. Pasteur Rabies Virus Vaccine Strain Frozen-Dried in Various Protective Media and Then Stored at Various Temperatures

Abstract: Реферат: В работе исследовали сохранность производственного вакцинного штамма вируса бешенства L. Pasteur после лиофилизации в различных защитных средах и последующего хранения при температурах 5,-20 и-80ºС. После хранения в течение 24 месяцев (срок наблюдения) наиболее высокие показатели инфекционной активности вируса во всех средах были отмечены при температуре-80ºС.
