Inferior vena cava leiomyosarcoma with right atrium tumorous mass presenting as heart failure in a 70-year-old man: A case report

Abstract: Primární tumory srdce a dolní duté žíly jsou poměrně vzácné. Incidence primárních tumorů srdce je 0,001-0,030 %, zatímco u metastazujících tumorů je to 20krát až 40krát více. Z celkového počtu zaznamenaných primárních tumorů je jen 10 % maligních. U dolní duté žíly je situace podobná, i zde je většina tumorů pouze sekundárních.
