Influence of different etching methods on the structural properties of porous silicon

Abstract: Purpose Porous silicon (Si) was fabricated by using three different wet etching methods, namely, direct current photo-assisted electrochemical (DCPEC), alternating CPEC (ACPEC) and two-step ACPEC etching.
