Influence of Excess Loop Delay on the STF of Continuous-Time Delta-Sigma Modulators

Abstract: This paper analyzes the effect of signal transfer function (STF) peaking in continuous-time (CT) Delta-Sigma-Modulators (DSMs) arising from excess loop delay (ELD) and its compensation.
