Influences on teleconsultation project utilization rates: the role of dominant logic

Abstract: BackgroundThis research analyzes teleconsultation from both a mechanistic and complex adaptive system (CAS) dominant logic in order to further understand the influence of dominant logic on utilization rates of teleconsultation projects.
