Influential Factors Under Labor Law Adhere to ILO: An Analysis in the Fish Farming Industry of Bangladesh

Abstract: This article evaluates different factors under the Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 for promoting work satisfaction in the fish farming workers in Bangladesh. How far does this industry comply with standard labor laws adheres to international labor policy, and promotion of labor rights is another focus of this study.
