Information Entropy of Nanostructure systems

Abstract: Systems based on quantum-dot nanostructures could be used as components for quantum information processing devices. One of the possible advantages of the use of quantum dots is that the parameters of the system may be changed, allowing the properties of semiconductor nanostructures to be tailored.
